Khloe Kardashian Lists Cosmetic Procedures, From Rhinoplasty to Salmon Sperm Facials

Khloe Kardashian is following in Kylie Jenner's footsteps by revealing details of her cosmetic procedures, addressing years of speculation.

Fresh from celebrating her 41st birthday and making a splash at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez's wedding, the reality TV star responded to an Instagram video in which a doctor speculated on the procedures she may have undergone.

Aesthetics doctor Jonathan Betteridge shared a clip outlining his theories on her transformation over the past 15 years. Khloe decided to confirm the details herself, listing the procedures and treatments she has opted for and even tagging some of the doctors who helped her achieve her desired look.

"I take this as a great compliment! First off, I think these photos are about 15 years apart,” Khloe wrote in the comments. She then revealed, “But here’s a list of things that I have done. I’ve been very open in the past about what I have done, so here we go.”

The reality star confirmed she had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Kanodia (@drkanodia90210), laser hair removal with SEV Laser (@sevlaseraesthetics), and Botox injections. She also stated that she receives Sculptra injections at @7qspa, where she was treated following the removal of a facial tumor.

She also mentioned undergoing skin-tightening treatments at @softwavetherapy and collagen threads under her chin and neck areas.

Khloe admitted to having fillers in the past, though not recently, stating, “I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down.” She also mentioned regular facials, including the popular salmon sperm facials, and a consistent skincare routine including peptides and vitamins, as part of her beauty regime.

In addition to cosmetic procedures, she attributed her 80-pound weight loss to her personal trainer.

"In 2025 there are many other things we can do before surgery,” she added, “but when it’s time, and if I choose to, I know some great doctors.”

This candid admission follows Kylie Jenner's recent reveal of her breast implant specifications in response to a fan's request on TikTok. She wrote, "445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!" and tagged Dr. Garth Fisher.
