Aamir Khan, the celebrated Bollywood actor, is set to be the chief guest at the 16th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) this August. The festival, a prominent platform showcasing Indian cinema on a global scale, will dedicate this year's edition to celebrating Aamir Khan's remarkable contributions to the film industry.

Celebrating Indian Cinema's Diversity

Scheduled from August 14th to 24th, 2025, the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne promises a dynamic program filled with film screenings, insightful panel discussions, engaging masterclasses, and captivating cultural events. The festival will unite filmmakers, actors, and enthusiasts from around the world to celebrate the allure of Indian cinema.

Expressing his gratitude for the invitation, Aamir Khan told IANS, "I'm humbled and thrilled to be a part of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
